By using Mewbot ("the Bot," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Bot. Your continued use of Mewbot constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
Mewbot is a free-to-use Discord bot that provides a Pokemon-themed gameplay experience. Features include catching, battling, breeding, trading, and collecting virtual Pokemon within Discord servers. The Bot is provided at no cost and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company.

All virtual items within Mewbot, including but not limited to Pokemon, in-game currency, items, and any other digital assets, hold no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the context of the Bot's gameplay experience.
We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, remove, or reset any virtual items at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or compensation. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights over any virtual items.
Pokemon, Pokemon character names, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokemon Company. Mewbot is a fan-made project and makes no claim of ownership over these properties.
The Bot's original code, systems, design, and any non-Pokemon assets are the intellectual property of Mewbot and its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Bot without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user from accessing Mewbot at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Banned users forfeit access to all virtual items and data associated with their account. We are under no obligation to provide a reason for, or advance notice of, any suspension or ban.
Mewbot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or functionality provided through the Bot.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mewbot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Mewbot shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, which is zero, as the Bot is free to use.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. We may, but are not obligated to, notify users of significant changes via our Discord server. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
